You should get some healthy snacks. Even carrots, celery, and radishes. I like tomatoes, cukes, and musrooms as a salad, without lettuce.

Gonna be 108° Wednesday and Thursday and staying above 100 for the week. I hate summer. I hate winter. Actually our winters aren't all that bad, I shouldn't complain.

My primary care knew what it was way back when... And he was a young doc then. Mine sort of faded away after a few severe years. Never took a med for it.

I had taken one medication that helped, but they took it off the market!
