I bought three new tetras. They were doing OK for a couple of days. All of a sudden one dies. The next day the other two were covered in white, stuff. Now I know what ick looks like. This wasn't it! In the meantime my pleco died after they were in there. Now, I have fish dieing left and right. I flushed those two tetras when I saw them covered. I have ick treatment coming. I'll treat that way just in case they were covered with it so much that it didn't look like it. My tank was doing so well. I'm particularly sad about my pleco.

Grr! I found another hen eating an egg this morning. This time it was Wiinnie, one of my favorites. She is only 9 months old. I do NOT need my hens doing this! I was worried they might start doing this when I was getting jelly eggs (when there was a snake out there) but I haven't seen soft or shell-less eggs in a couple of weeks ... why are they doing this NOW???
