Granny's gone and done it again

I'm up. In the first coop this morning I felt funny and got a chest pain when trying to pick up a pullet. Got back inside and took 3 nitro 5 minutes apart. Blood pressure and heart rate really was not normal. Both dropped very low. I've just got back out of bead and not expecting to go out again today. Don't feel like posting right now. To many things going through my mind to focus on anything
Are you feeling okay again?

@Debbie292d I do have a question for Debbie before I go. At what age do your show girls normally start laying?
8-9 months for sure, but I've got one at 7 months laying and one at 6 months I suspect of laying as I got a fairy egg two days in a row. :)

I converted and indoor brooder in our separate sun room into a small coop for her and will bring her blue satin little man in soon with another pullet or two for him. I want to keep them in a sterile place as much as possible.

A little. No pain. Just weak.

So my new neighbor (whose dog got a couple of my chickens, after this I will just call him my neighbor Chris), came over to repair the door to my chicken coop. It was made out of manufactured wood and installed improperly, so the top has rotted away. It would not hold up through another winter. This is how he fixed it.

And yes, there is about a half-inch gap between the patch and the door. But remembering my late cousin's admonition that "an imperfect something is better than a perfect nothing," I decided I'm happy with the job and will fill in the gap with some Great stuff or something. It'll probably last the rest of my life, and maybe even longer.
