I think a lot of my problems are coming from this chair. It's really hard to scoot back in it and maybe causing my road rash on my butt and using one arm to also do the same thing might have injured it. I'm getting a couple hrs. of sleep at night.Granny I hope you are actually sleeping in your chair and not just sitting in it passing time.... I hate having to sleep in my recliner. After a couple of nights of it I found a way to manage to get in my bed. Probably shouldn't have but the misery and discomfort of trying to get comfortable even in recline mode just wouldn't let me sleep.
with 2 bad arms now Im sure I wont be able to get back up once I lay down. I also need to sleep with towels under me.Granny that chair is killing you! Why aren't you sleeping in your bed?
Oh mercy, I remember that! When I had my rotator cuff surgery, getting out of bed was a real ordeal. The surgery was on my right shoulder and I get out of bed on the right. I had to reach across with my left hand to support me so I could get up. I'm sorry, Granny. Wish I knew how to help.with 2 bad arms now Im sure I wont be able to get back up once I lay down. I had fallen and landed on that shoulder.Thank you. Why did they do surgery on you?
ouch! broke it?I had fallen and landed on that shoulder.
No ... well I don't think so. It just got to hurting worse and worse over time. After several weeks of it not getting better I went to the dr and he said yeah, your rotator cuff's messed up. It's not a bone, it's a series of ligaments I guess that holds the shoulder together. So ... surgery.ouch! broke it?
