There is one that is red I think. I saw it in the canned section I think. To me salmon is only good smoked. I know that it is very healthy for the oil in it. Heart Healthy.

I am very tired after working on the coop today. Normally I have a friend who does most of the work that is 10 year younger than I am but today it just had to be done before the rains come. We did it and I feel a lot better knowing it is done. The coop has the youngest chicks in it except for 5 still in a brooder.

well, Ive never ate smoked fish at all. Only thing I have had smoked is bacon and ham hocks that I know of.

Yeah, I'm taking my meds and heading that way. Hate to miss twist when he gets here but tonight I really need to lay down early. If I don't get rained out I have other things that really need doing tomorrow now that the weather has really cooled off.
