Check out Mayo Clinic's test results on the artificial sweeteners... They have no agenda to follow and only seek the truth. They employee a team of scientists for all kinds of testing. While I was being treated there I noticed that I never saw a drug rep come in. One day I ask a doc why. He told me that drug reps were not allowed on clinic property. They could not leave their propaganda there.

Hope you are having a splendid day. I'm off to the farmers market to check on a friend and hopefully find some jumbo sized muscadine grapes. Then over to Publix for a stash of Arnold breads. They are the best money can buy and are on a buy one get one sale. That's the only time we buy it because of the nearly $6 a loaf price tag but they are of so good with all the whole grains used in them. Y'all be good if that is possible. I'll be back

We've made our round trip to the farmers market and got some nice plums and yellow squash plus a yellow meated watermelon there. Then over to Publix for the Buy One Get One sale items we watch for. Stocked up on needed bread among other staples.
