I think Truvia IS stevia, it's just a trade name. Isn't it?The stevia I'm fine with but not the truvia. My sisters grow stevia and use it for all their canning.

My mom used to make jelly with harvest apples as the pectin and then she used less sugarOnce we get some Sugargate Muscadines we shouldn't have to use much to make jelly out of them. Seems like they are 22% fructose already.
