Larry, have you ever tried Arkansas jelly pie? I heard about it somehow. Seems to be an old favorite for generations.I looked it up and the lady making it was using jelly made from muscadine grapes. She said it had a custard like texture.Recipe called for a cup of sugar so it must be mighty sweet.

I've never heard of it. I've been thinking about an apple, muscadine, strawberry jam. Need to plant 25 strawberries for fresh, freezing and jelly.
