Granny's gone and done it again

Ma is spoiling Sophie again tonight. Sophie wrapped up in a towel with just her head peeping out while Ma is watching a movie.

I really feel bad for those over in FL as the brunt of the hurricane is supposed to make landfall right as it is getting dark. Hurricanes are bad enough during the daylight but when you can't see down the street they worse.

So far we are out of the cone but close enough are weather is going to be so foul it will not be fit for our fowl to be out roaming around looking for bugs that have gone into hiding. We will be staying at home until the winds and blowing rain have moved on out of our way. I'm guessing noon Friday it will all be over for us and maybe the sun will be out some.

I hear the biggest concern is the water surge.

We have had lots of hard rain lately. Supposed to rain all week! We don't need that much rain.
