The nerve sending pain singles from the arm come through the shoulder. What part of your arm is hurting? Elbow, upper arm, fore arm or just all of it. Have you told the doc that it is really the arm that is hurting the most? They may have a very good Idea where the pain is originating from. Sort of like sciatica. It starts all in the spine and not the leg.
