One of my monthly renters came in last night to pay her rent and the atm gave her nothing but $5.00 bills. OMG that's a big bundle.

I would have hit her with a bat or CHARGED her a counting fee.
well I have done everything need for court next Weds afternoon. As soon as I get back from that will call EVERY rental company in the city and warn them about her. Also, the drug taskforce wants to check the room out after she leaves.
Another one? I missed out on this one. Sad that you have to go through this.
