I did a few bumble foot surgeries on chickens. Scott helped me. I've shared with photos here on BYC, somewhere. This treatment you're doing sounds interesting.

Yeah, I did once cut on a chicken's foot with a sterilized X-acto knife and was horrified at the amount of blood. Never want to do that again! Decided to try treatment with medicine only and have been pleased with the results so far.

Morning everyone! 40 degrees here this morning. Calling for our first killer frost tonight so Fall is officially here now.

Something to start you morning off with. DH took this last year of one of my broody hens. I think it's Mocha. When she goes broody, everyone in the next county knows it.

Gotta hit the road early this morning. I didn't run far enough and doctor caught me for scheduled labs. Get to go see what new and exotic disease they can find in my blood, lol.

She's terrible! My poor puppies jumped out of my lap as if lightning struck when they heard that

I didn't mind. The chickens never flinched. I don't get the..covering their head up thing working on that. They healed up every time.
Maybe you should do an article on what you do and how. A lot of folks are still doing the cutting. Sure was good to see them not limping anymore. That has to hurt walking on those hard lumps. Better even walking on the bandages. Which had to be changed a few times before not wearing them. Work.

Some people are very inconsiderate when it comes to perfume . I mean, if you stink that bad take a shower before you come out. There are tons like us that just cant tolerate it. I like it as much as the next girl but that doesn't mean you have to drown yourself

Hey..I love perfume! I really don't think I'm inconsiderate..or stink.
This must be another to each his own thing. But, would not wear it into someone's home if I knew they were sensitive to it. I don't wear a ton of it though.
There's a ton of us that love it out there. If not perfume these days, lotions that smell yummy.
I would suggest to those that come across it in a store, don't like it, hurry and move to another isle..or line.
If I could make it to your home to visit Granny, and Blue, I wouldn't wear any now that I know.

Hey all, PT has come and gone and Robert is off to the grocery store with his worker if that's what you want to call him.
@Cynthia12 We didn't disagree I said I like perfume too. However if the person is wearing it too heavy I literally lose my breath. Its the same as me smoking in a small room next to someone that breathes because of it. It can be a life or death situation. I have lost my place in line because of it. My SD has been on life support for hanging with someone doing that.Twice. There are many cleaners I also cant use. Sucks
