Granny's gone and done it again

Any body on here ever eat chicken or duck feet?
Growing up on the farm, a second income for us was butchering and selling ducks/chickens. We skinned and de-nailed the feet of course but they gave an extremely tasty broth.
In my quest for small dog food for hip health I discovered the feet are a good source of glucosamine condroitn. So I'm going to be supplementing my puppies food with air dried chicken feet as treats.
Yes I did try them. Not a fan but I drinking the broth I good. Very good for the joints.

I've been doing some yard work/fall clean up. Everytime I had a pile of sticks and turned around, it magically disappeared. Well, not so magically, I had the puppies with me and they kept running of with my sticks. I came inside sooner because I want them to take it easy yet.
Brew does that LOL

What treats do you give him? And food?
He gets Milkbones and Beggin Strips mostly although I did get some dental chew stick things recently cause they were free if you ordered certain things and his food was one of the things that counted so yeah. I figured for free, why not? LOL occasionally I splurge and buy fancy treats but not very often. He’s perfectly happy with those. 🤣 we buy the medium size Milkbones and break them in half. He’s none the wiser. 🤣 except for that meme with the doggie lawyers info for dogs who have been given half treats. Don’t show him that. :lau 😜 anyway, his food RIGHT NOW is beef Dog Chow but it WAS Purina One Healthy Weight High Protein for like 3 months (40 lb bag lasts us a long time LOL). He loved the Purina One but he loves Dog Chow too and does just as well on it and it’s much better price wise 🤣🤣🤣 so we switched. He’s been on Dog Chow several times before and was on Puppy Chow too as a puppy. That’s why I know that. But yeah.

They get Purina puppy chow. I'm almost finished with the second bag. When I brought him home (8wks) he didn't want to eat. I gave him some Similac with a medicine dropper and tried soaking his food. I thought maybe he wasn't weaned well enough or just the change. My nephew gave me some of his'used' shavings so they smell like his mama and he won't cry. He didn't cry for her. For treat I have small milk bones and I break them too.🤣 I have some peanut butter sticks that I give occasionally. They chew a lot so I give some oinkies. Those are too keep them occupied. Pig skins
