Granny's gone and done it again

Morning all, Im so tired today. Made some calls. Pee Dr. doesn't come to In. I did find a different one. Called primary and told them what the surgeon said to me, About my rash that has turned painful to the touch and about the UTI Dr. for Tom. I still need to call Dish for a new remote. My select button isn't working well. I hung up on them last time I called. I think I should ask for a super right away. All I wanna do is curl up in a ball and sleep for a few days. The housekeeper is due today. I hope she shows. I'm looking forward to some sausage gravy and biscuits today.
Hope everyone is having a good day.
I hope you got the best sausage gravy and biscuits ever! And lots of deep rest

I have a sleep tracker
No clue what that is.
He gets Milkbones and Beggin Strips mostly although I did get some dental chew stick things recently cause they were free if you ordered certain things and his food was one of the things that counted so yeah. I figured for free, why not? LOL occasionally I splurge and buy fancy treats but not very often. He’s perfectly happy with those. 🤣 we buy the medium size Milkbones and break them in half. He’s none the wiser. 🤣 except for that meme with the doggie lawyers info for dogs who have been given half treats. Don’t show him that. :lau 😜 anyway, his food RIGHT NOW is beef Dog Chow but it WAS Purina One Healthy Weight High Protein for like 3 months (40 lb bag lasts us a long time LOL). He loved the Purina One but he loves Dog Chow too and does just as well on it and it’s much better price wise 🤣🤣🤣 so we switched. He’s been on Dog Chow several times before and was on Puppy Chow too as a puppy. That’s why I know that. But yeah.
Same as my dogs get
That's neat. Is it an app on your phone?
x2?

The neighbor lady cleaned out her freezer and gave me some food. Among it was a lobster tail- what a treat!- it was over a year old. I didn't know how long you can freeze seafood. And a looonngg overdated bag of beggin strips. The puppies refused them. I wondered if they smelled or tasted like the freezer. Dont get me wrong, I wasn't about to taste them!

Chicken feet: I bought 2 packs from Walmarts and made bone broth on them. I didn't peel them or remove nails. The broth was 100% gelled. I poured it up in mason jars and froze it. I wont eat it because I didn't take the nails off but I made it for the dogs anyway. It works great for many things. I threw the used feet away

We are getting a different internet provider! YAY! Been with HughesNet for over 10 years now. It's.....okay. Barely. Likes to cut out when it rains or snows and the bandwidth sux and for all that we pay about 100 dollars a month. So we get a letter left at our gate that Chariton Valley Internet service is laying fiberoptic cable in rural areas and will be working on our road soon. Would we like to sign up? 100 gigs, no degrading of signal with options to upgrade, no contract only 50 dollars per month. No installation charges. We talked to a couple of people who have it already and they love it so we went with it. They laid the cable down our road today and the engineer stopped by today to ask us where we wanted everything hooked up. They are setting the outside box on the house on Thursday and then a tech will be by to hook up the modem.

It will be nice to actually have REAL upload and download speeds plus not have to scrape ice off the dish every winter.

Today I went to the doctor. Got my right shoulder worked on. He checked it over good. No rotor cuff tear but I do have tendonitis from the injury along with an injured rotor muscle under my arm and into my back. Did some deep heat treatment, pressure point relief and has me using Voltaren gel 4 times a day on it. Plus more antibiotics for my diverticulitis. The big news was that I aced my labs. Best I've had in over ten years. All I have to do is up my omega oil intake because my HDL was like a point off. No big deal. A freaking point. He started talking meds and I said NO STATINS! NO SHOTS! I will do it with my diet like I have done everything else. He suggested upping the omega intake and I said I'd do that.

You guys don't know how hard I've worked with my diet to get my labs to this point. Had to sacrifice a lot of food that I really love but is it worth it, heck yeah! I was doing a happy dance out to the car. Just really proud of myself.

I never saw them at our Walmart. But I think I could get them at the Farmers market, maybe. I make a lot of bone broth. Is supposed to be very healing for intestines.
