Granny's gone and done it again

I got these at Amazon. 40 Air dried chicken feet for $20. I'm going to check the Farmers market. Dog's should not have the bones cooked. Air dried is better then dehydrated because those lose more nutrients. I saw bone broth with glucosamine for dogs $7. I'll read the feed back
But will the bones splinter when chewed? I know somebody who won't raw feed his hunting dogs because a friend of his lost an expensive bird dog because it splintered bones that punctured it's intestines.
 
We are getting a different internet provider! YAY! Been with HughesNet for over 10 years now. It's.....okay. Barely. Likes to cut out when it rains or snows and the bandwidth sux and for all that we pay about 100 dollars a month. So we get a letter left at our gate that Chariton Valley Internet service is laying fiberoptic cable in rural areas and will be working on our road soon. Would we like to sign up? 100 gigs, no degrading of signal with options to upgrade, no contract only 50 dollars per month. No installation charges. We talked to a couple of people who have it already and they love it so we went with it. They laid the cable down our road today and the engineer stopped by today to ask us where we wanted everything hooked up. They are setting the outside box on the house on Thursday and then a tech will be by to hook up the modem.

It will be nice to actually have REAL upload and download speeds plus not have to scrape ice off the dish every winter.

Today I went to the doctor. Got my right shoulder worked on. He checked it over good. No rotor cuff tear but I do have tendonitis from the injury along with an injured rotor muscle under my arm and into my back. Did some deep heat treatment, pressure point relief and has me using Voltaren gel 4 times a day on it. Plus more antibiotics for my diverticulitis. The big news was that I aced my labs. Best I've had in over ten years. All I have to do is up my omega oil intake because my HDL was like a point off. No big deal. A freaking point. He started talking meds and I said NO STATINS! NO SHOTS! I will do it with my diet like I have done everything else. He suggested upping the omega intake and I said I'd do that.

You guys don't know how hard I've worked with my diet to get my labs to this point. Had to sacrifice a lot of food that I really love but is it worth it, heck yeah! I was doing a happy dance out to the car. Just really proud of myself.
What omega do you take?
 
MMMMMM pickled pigs feet. Must be a Pennsylvania Deutch thing. Pigs feet, Tripe (strips of pig or cow stomach pickled) I love the pigs feet. Tried the Tripe once and that was enough for me. :sick
I wish I could eat them. Suppose to be so good for the joints. Like I said I tried the chicken feet and had a problem with the idea.
 
What omega do you take?
Nature's Bounty. I've used it for years. Doctor said to switch to one that is filtered so I found this one on Amazon.

It was recommended for budget minded on line and is about 200mg more than the one I am taking now. I'm also going to step up my oily fish. I eat fish twice a week now but am going to up the salmon and do some sardine and crackers for lunch....and I hate sardines but it's better than pills that will definitely make me sick.

We stuffed it with fresh home made sausage, potatoes, stuffing, salt. Sewed it shut and simmered it till everything was real soft. You remove the lining from the stomach first. The stomach basically just holds the contents together. It's the yummy sausage that flavors everything

The past 1-2 years every time I eat fish, they taste metallic
