@h2oratt what do you make of a dog sleeping with the back feet under the chin?
I haven’t heard that it means a dog has bad hips, but I also haven’t seen dogs do that either. Trying to figure out why they would. Maybe it takes pressure off the joints.
 
Dog's sleep with many different postures, did you ever see a dog sleep with their Hind feet tucked under their chin like this picture? Betty slept like that last evening and I googled it and it said dogs that sleep like that usually have hip or knee problems. Her legs were very rigid.
