what cha having? How many outbuildings do you have? I have 3 not counting the coop. One of them I turned into a coop but its actually just an outbuilding. One is Uncle Toms cabin that Tom and I did the inside with.. brain fart, the stuff you put in between the walls, and then drywall including the ceiling and I ran electric too. Drywall on ceiling was the hardest for me and Robert had a building put up by the Amish that he rents out for storage to Toms DD and we use it for storage as well. Toms DD seldom pays although it was her idea to pay and set the amount. $30. a month

Just one approx 24x30 shop that is wired for 220 and 9 coops. It will take another 3 weeks to have the shop up and running as we only have this week to work on it and the next week is company all week long. Then the next we can get back to is unless we decide to go down to the beach and shack up for a couple of days down there. Need to find a good fish house to purchase some good fish to bring back home for the freezer instead of relying on the junk from the grocery stores.

Rent that building out to a local that will pay $50 then build another and another until Robert has $400 or more income....

He would have to carry insurance on something like that. Then that would be reportable. Your building is pretty big. Bigger then my pole barn which I didn't count earlier.

Did I tell Yall about the pharmacist calling me and asking me to call a woman that works for them to change Toms medicare insurance to one that will pay more for his meds? He said he wasn't making anything from a couple of his meds and if things didn't change he was going to be forced to stop carrying them. He sounded very sheepish over the phone.

The thing is, they fill up his weekly trays and deliver. I would hate to lose that
