I hate the time changes too. I think most people do. It sure didn't help me get an extra hr of sleep, Last night I slept from 3 to 6 yee haw!Eh.....Still fighting brer rat. It's taken to trying to dig in through the front of the building by tunneling 5 foot away in the yard. I swear I've dumped enough Prowler bait down tunnels to kill a platoon of rats and mice. This S.O. you know what must have cast iron guts.
Didn't sleep well Saturday night. As I've aged, my body has gotten more in tune with a routine. Mess it up and it repays me by giving me insomnia. Needless to say, kicking the clocks back an hour was enough for it to break out the old insomnia flag and start waving it.
Did sleep better last night so hoping my body is acclimating to things. It never gets easier though.
