It's definitely oak. I'd say it's at least 60 years old. It was huge when I moved here.

We had a lot of oak trees godown. They had been stressed from the drought

Cynthia did have that done and if I remember right it caused her a lot of pain afterwards. She said Ice helped her. She wont/cant take PPs

No actually it didn't cause pain, it just took weeks for the pain relief to kick in.

Personally, I very much dislike the idea of a town house. Is there a HOA? I want mine to be mine. Not shared with complete strangers who may or may not be fruity.

I felt the same way! Until I saw it. No HOA. The best part about this one is that there's a garage in between them.

That sounds like the roots of a maple not oak. Oaks have deep tap root. Unless it was already on its way out.

We've seen a lot of big old oaks go down around here too in recent years from intense straight line winds. I've been surprised also not to see big tap roots. I thought they would have a tap root as deep as the tree is tall, but no. No big trees like this in the desert where I am originally from.

I am remembering wrong lots lately. At the hospital last night they said high BP can cause that. I was already telling the kids that something was wrong because I had shiet term memory..plus my hearing is going.

Yes, it's like a gel. Really has helped. I haven't needed surgery. I can get another shot any time now. It can take a while to kick in.
