Granny's gone and done it again

Im hungry. Nothing to snack on down/out there. Out of a lot of stuff. Nancy gave us one of those big blocks of cheese like Velveeta comes in. The big one! I've been wanting to try it but other than home made Mac&cheese Im not sure what to do. I don't want to open it unless Im ready to start using it! No bread here either.

Oooh, like a big block of Tillamook cheddar? We love that stuff! It's big like Velveeta but it's a hard cheddar. I cut it and put it on crackers, my favorite is Triiscuit. DH just cuts a chunk and eats it like ... like an apple, lol.

I love snacking on a good white cheddar, use to do it on ritz crackers yum
