oh my grandpa had that it's really bad, he got it from to much antibiotics, and it never really leaves, and it's super contagious

Everyone should! One thing I learned and took to heart during covid was how to properly wash hands. Soap and warm water. Hands up to the wrists and between fingers, front and back. 20 seconds! Say the alphabet twice while scrubbing, THEN rinse. I can say or sing the alphabet frontward and backward. Then dry thoroughly. Nobody in my house does it right. Aggravates me. DH rinses his fingertips with cold water and calls it good. Ugh.
