well have a triple batch of dutch butter in the fridge and I will pull them out in the am and roll into tubes (after the dough warms up a bit) and wrap in wax paper then back into the fridge. Can pull them out slice them and into the oven latter.

Did the last 7 doz of the mint chocolate cookies and 13 dozen butterscotch oatmeal cookes done today. Kitchen is all cleaned up yet again. Had to make a run to walmart for another 25 pound bag of each flour and sugar.
