Trueeeeee!!! I thought it was broken. Finally. And then I got upset over some stupid stuff and bought caffeine and sugar. Gave the sugar to my dad though. But drank the caffeine.

If at first you don't succeed try try again! I quit cold turkey last spring. After drinking coffee most of my adult life, suddenly it started giving me the shakes and made my blood pressure shoot up. Trust me, when the right motivation hits you, you will walk away from it and never look back. Gave up Decaf earlier this year when my DH had to give up regular coffee for the same reason.

Now we drink decaffeinated iced tea.

Thanks!!!! I thought I had the right motivation… major anxiety when drinking it even a little bit but especially a lot like tonight and also it affects my mood too and makes me think more… stupid things. I have barely thought any of that since quitting. Yet I went right back to it as soon as I had an excuse to.

I do the same thing... humans are creatures of habit and it is very hard to break them

Time to feed the kitties.

Lost one of my Fayoumi roosters today. Moe was the last of my three boys I hatched 3 years ago. I lost Curly to a fox attack two years ago, last year Larry suddenly declined and died and three days ago I noticed Moe was sitting with tail hanging down and head down in his neck feathers. Checked him over and couldn't find anything wrong with him. Yesterday he was eating and drinking but off balance with one wing drooping and his foot on that side acting odd. Figured he had something neurological going on, maybe a stroke? Found him dead this afternoon when I went out to feed and water. I've just got their sire left and the Fayoumi girls. Oh, and about a gazillion bantams.

I still haven't ate today. I went to KFC and got a small bucket for Robert Nancy and myself. The mashed taters and mac&cheese tasted terrible to me and I did eat about half a leg but my stomach just couldn't take it. Think I will try what Kevin made yesterday.
