Thanks for the recipe, @h2oratt. I think I'll try that next. This recipe is just so simple it's like, how can you mess it up? Beets, grated, mayo till the beets turn a dark pink, garlic cloves and salt/pepper, etc to taste. He says he makes it for his mother and himself every Christmas.

We won't tell him about the Ukrainian Borst though...kind of a sore subject with him. Ukraine, not Borst.

It's not just oil though. It's pretty much all ultra processed food. The more natural you can eat, fresh veggies fruit and meat, the better and healthier for you.

Read an article recently that said that processed foods are part of the root problem of why there are so many morbidly obese people in the US.

I mean yeah but everything is bad for you technically. Even oxygen and water can kill you if it’s 100% pure yet we need both to live. JS.

I could definitely eat healthier though and I did eat roasted vegetables last night and also made a salad last night though I haven’t eaten that yet. But yeah. So I’m starting to a little bit. But still eat unhealthy too. Like the Mtn Dew and trail mix and candy, etc. lol but yeah.
