Sorry, capI went to check on the last pair of bantam polish chickens the other day and they were gone. Tonight I figured out what happened. Some varmint ripped through the chain link fence and dragged them away. So now I am down to one rooster that I hate. Ugh.

I guess I could try the whole wheat stuff. It’s not as good but maybe it’s not that bad either, idk lolI still use milk, some cheese, and whole grain bread - in moderation. There's whole wheat pastas available.
Make a nice vegetable soup and eat on that for a couple days a week. Saute diced onion and celery in olive oil till tender, toss in some diced garlic and heat till tender. Pour in a box of vegetable, beef or chicken broth. Add drained cans of beans in it, any two of black beans, navy or kidney beans. Put in half a cup each of diced fresh carrots, diced fresh zucchini if you have one, and a can of drained green beans. Toss in a handful of frozen corn. Add a handful of spinach a few minutes before serving, just to wilt it. Salt to taste. Your body will love you for it.

Cook something or things one day a week and divide it so you can eat it srveral times throughout the week so you don't have to cook every night. Put some things in the freezer you can take out in rotation so you don't have to eat the same things every night.
Shrek you can get reusable and microwaveable containers to make warm ahead meals in. We do it all the time. Great way to save money by using leftovers for future meals that are better than those factory meals.That sounds like an interesting mix of vegetables LOL never would have thought of combining those ones together. I could try it.
