Salt is vital for our body to work. I eat tons of salt. Beef jerky is just dried meat and salt.

Also a little salt is fine but not at that quantities

I like their BBQ sauce and especially the pickles used too. I hope they are still using the same exact ingredients in them.

I use splenda. Splenda is sugar molecule with two atoms of chlorine attached. It still tastes like sugar but has no calories now. A brilliant cashier reminded me of the two atoms of chlorine and how she would use Splenda because chlorine is a toxic gas. This is true. She didn't know where the Chlorine went. I do.

Ensure is almost the exact same ingredients with the addition of milk, canola oil, and natural and artificial ingredients. Lol and the vitamins and minerals.
