My grandson and I are staying up till 11 to watch the NY Times Square ball drop. We're watching the live-action version of The Lion King. I haven't finished the eclairs. I made the filling but not the chocolate ganache, and my feet and back hurt so I guess they will wait until tomorrow.

My timing really sucks. Supposed to be a good snow on the 5th&6th. Pick Tom up the 7th then Robert has Dr. appt. the 8th. . I will need to take Tom right back out again because I cant leave him alone. Robert really needs to keep this appt

they don't hurt me like they do others. I have problems with sugar drops. Salt too, I have to eat extra or I will get pretty sick.

Yeah, kinda. There are three different things you have to make and the pastry itself is somewhat complex and so is the custard. Would be easier if I made them more often, though! The chocolate topping is pretty easy. Just ... my feet and back hurt. I'm tired!
