I've made this a few times. Casseroles are a big thing in Utah.

is that because family's are big ?? as in lots of mouths to feed.

I watch a cooking show called Girl Meets Farm, from the Minnesota- North Dakota border. She makes a lot of casseroles, too, and she's married with two babies. But she entertains a lot. Casseroles make great leftovers. Maybe a single guy wouldn't know that?

I tried calling over Tom this AM and it rang busy, Through the day I hit redial only to get the same thing. Y'all, I was calling the wrong # all day! Anyway, nurse said he had a good day and was excited to be coming home Wednesday. She said she didn't need to remind him of the day, He told her. She went on to say what a great guy he is. Always polite and kind to her and she was going to miss him. I hear this from everyone that takes care of him.

Granny, in what way(s) is he a different person?

Its kinda hard to explain Blue. He has a different personality for one. More childlike and its almost like talking to a stranger.
