Granny's gone and done it again

Lunch is around noon here and dinner/supper is at 5 pm when DH gets home from work. DH picks, or pieces on nuts and things through the evening, but I don't eat again till either 7 or 9 am, whenever I'm hungry enough to decide what I want, lol. I only eat a handful at any meal.
That is a sensible way to eat. We just have found if we eat 3 times we gain weight, so we don't. Breakfast or brunch is usually about 11am for me. I'm up around 6am, but don't eat until much later. I lost 40 lbs doing that and have maintained it well by staying on it, so that's the norm now. When I was young and thin and working, I never ate more than twice a day, sometimes once, and that was because I never had time for me. I just didn't realize that's what my body wants and all it needs. :idunno
