Granny's gone and done it again

That is a sensible way to eat. We just have found if we eat 3 times we gain weight, so we don't. Breakfast or brunch is usually about 11am for me. I'm up around 6am, but don't eat until much later. I lost 40 lbs doing that and have maintained it well by staying on it, so that's the norm now. When I was young and thin and working, I never ate more than twice a day, sometimes once, and that was because I never had time for me. I just didn't realize that's what my body wants and all it needs. :idunno
My sugars drop if I don't eat at least a small sandwich. 4 small meals work better. My head tells me when I'm hungry, not my stomach. I get dizzy, confused and shaky if I don't eat on a regular schedule, several x a day
Our bodies are all different.

If your sugars drop, do you get sleepy?
I get confused to where I can't think what I'm doing anymore. Before I was diagnosed, I was in a store with a revolving door and couldn't find my way out. A cashier showed me the way but I couldn't figure out how to get out of the revolving door and ended up back in the store. There were also times that I had to stop driving. I thought it was my blood pressure so I would eat
If I don't watch my diet, my confusion comes on quick and doesn't give me much time to get food

Woke up on the way home and last place I remember being was Aldies. Tom said some woman helped him get me in the van. Was at the heart Drs wake up in the er.. Woke up once with my front wheels in a ditch on one side of the road and the back tires the ditch on the other side. The car was laying flat on the road. Woke up soaking wet once.. It gets crazy! lol
