That all looks great. They offer some nice lunches there.They finally made a monthly menu this month (they’ve been wanting to a while and used to before I started coming) so yeah… here’s some examples of the lunches LOL they have one main person that cooks but then sometimes other staff people will cook too, usually just one other unless it’s like a holiday and neither are there lol, and usually just when the main one is away and there’s one member that helps a lot too and others that help sometimes so yeah. The meatloaf cupcakes were made by that member and the main alternate staff person and were INCREDIBLE. LOL the garlic mashed was on top like frosting.
Also some of the stuff was switched like the Mediterranean platter didn’t happen because it was a holiday so neither cook was here and it was too complicated etc. for one person to do by themselves so they made something easy that day but I forget what it was LOL and then the turkey Salisbury steak was mashed potatoes with it instead and the BBQ chicken quesadillas was the rice pilaf with it. So yeah. Sometimes things change.
Also there are some spelling errors which weren’t noticed till after it got posted and they mostly got fixed (there’s more) but by then it was already posted lol oh well.
