This would never happen here. Hubby would just tell me to catch the snake and I would. End of issue.

We had some huge ones when we lived by the river. Had a big piece of land to mow. Would walk through and try to shoo off any that may have been in the lawn before mowing. Didn't always work. Pretty gross chopping up big thick snakes.

I've only seen one snake here in over two years. Not very big. Don't know what kind. On my side of the road we have Diamond Back Rattlesnakes. On the North Side of the road they have Timber Rattlesnakes. I must be in the Desnaked zone. We left the Copperheads in TN. Left the Cotton Mouths and Coral Snakes in FL.

Cheesy scrambled egg sandwich here except I forgot the mayo. That counts as meat doesn't it?

We don't. I don't put it in my chili, for example. I made something called albondigas soup the other night, basically meatball soup, made it with ground turkey. Might have been the first meat we had in a week or more.

You make chili w/o any meat? Robert cant eat beans or tomato skins

We had homemade beanie weenies for lunch. Meat for us.He is on this kick right now.

I have some baked beans in the fridge from Thursday. Wonder if they will keep til next Thursday?

oh the stories I could tell. We have a LOT of snakes here. Heres one. I was weed whipping in the back and my weed whip started making a funny noise. thum thump over and over. I stopped it from spinning and flipped it upside down to see why. Of course I had picked up a snake in it and had it right next to my face. I didn't know or care what kind it was! I flipped it back and turned it on full blast. It continued making that noise but faster. Then I heard a loud thump and half the snake went one way and the other a different way.
