Pray Blue. She's going to do what she wants at that age. I have married children that have made some pretty scary decisions. The world is so different now. Some of us can't help to imagine the worst..I'm right there with you.
I pray for them every day.

Thank you, Cynthia, that's what I needed to hear. Her car is in the shop so I told her we will talk tomorrow and I didn't want her brother's car going anywhere tonight. Actually, "her" car is still in my name, too.

Kids! GIRL kids!!!

You’d have a heart attack at some of the stuff I’ve done like the Dallas trip. And going camping by myself with just the dog LOL that was locally but still. It’s a fairly remote place.

Oh heck, I drove clear across the country by myself with nothing but a dog and a pistol once. I figured the dog would let me know if I needed to use the pistol, lol. I never did. I slept nights in truck stops, parked between big rigs. Nobody ever bothered me.

Do I have time to put my 2c in? Hell no! I would absolutely put my foot down. Why would she want a man that cant afford a tire anyway? She's better then that. Its an excuse to get her there. It's not safe at all and if you have the cars you have the say. Any righteous person wouldn't ask her to do that. No, shes not a kid anymore but shes making a childishness decision. Rather her be mad at me then who knows what

Oh I would be too chicken LOL but I did drive to PA to visit my family there once with the dog and I’ve driven to NH several times with him both to visit my brother when he lived up there and just because sometimes LOL sometimes we’d drive up to the first rest stop and then go home hour and a half away lol one time I didn’t have the dog and got a hotel I think

I still have a lot of guilt about things that happened to her mother, things I could not prevent.
