Granny's gone and done it again

Have a 1 pm appointment with the vet at the farm. 13 cows to ultrasound , 3 heifers to bangs vaccinate and the whole herd will be a vita-min shot. Hopefully he can tell who calved less then 2 weeks ago.

So the annual contest of guess the number of pg-ers will I have. Going to add in the calf less mother.

My poor butt. lol I thought sure it would get better after getting back in my own bed but its hurting just the same. The skin is very dark and peeling off. I am enjoying my bed once again though.
I'm glad you got your bed back, you probably feel about more rested but I wish your Dr could do something for your pain/healing
 
I guess I’m pretty far behind. . .
Even my mare Lilly is behind normal foaling time. The “common” gestation is 335-345 days. Her due date was February 27, she is now 12 days overdue. But don’t worry, she has had three foals so far and everyone of those has been perfectly healthy and well developed.
So far her gestation, birthing and being re-bred has cycled on a perfect 365 day cycle. It’s not super common for a horse gestation to be a twelve month cycle, but it’s not uncommon enough to be alarmed.
I’ll keep a close eye on her and make sure all is well.
