It has a lid with the slit where you drink from. Stainless steel to keep it hot.

Well since they want me to see a surgeon right away, doesn't that sound likd they've already decided I need surgery?

But the insurance probably isn't going to like that, they usually want PT first before anything else .... so I just don't know.

I have the hiccups. Annoying. Hard ones. Ashton gave them to me. He had them earlier.

I find a shot of vinegar gets rid of mine. Thankfully I don't get them often and it looks like I am having seizures, whole body gyrates/jumps
