I'm getting some sales packed to go out in tomorrow's mail. I'm hoping to finish cleaning the living room today. Tomorrow is back to get another entyvio infusion for me. I'm ordering some sub flooring and tiles to get the kitchen floor finished. I'm looking for a call from DH GI to help us better understand his surgery which is scheduled for Thursday. He will be in the hospital for a week and I hope to have the house clean till he comes home. He will have home wound care for an undetermined amount of months. Twice a week .
The grass is growing fast but it's raining. A good excuse to more a different day!
I got myself a tiny pill to help me start moving again.

what kind of tiny pill? I hope everything goes good with his surgery. You sure have your hands full.

There's a thought. Nix on Young Sir though, he's about to graduate. Heads off to FL for class trip tomorrow. Got an online license so he can rent a jet ski, the little snot! Lol. A housekeeper would be amazing. I'll look into it. GC's kneecap slipped again tonight. She was just in bed stretching when it happened. Ortho says she will need surgery to anchor kneecap and repair a ligament. We are going to need some kind of help here. DH can't do it all!

My daughter has a friend who's knee cap did that when they were younger. She said it would slip completely around to the back! Surgery did the trick.

Thanks, Iris. We can't cook. Can't clean. DH is doing everything and we're falling behind.

I'm so sorry, Blue to hear that you are going through all of this. It's the same here. Only DH and myself. If push came to shove we could hire a local Amish girl as a housekeeper to help but we haven't reached that point yet.

It's going to be tough sledding for us with me out of commission for up to 6 weeks but I've tried to streamline things for DH so it's as easy for him as possible. I told him he was going to be my right hand man for awhile and I guess there is more truth than fiction to that.

I worked for a home care company for a while. They do good work and can take a lot of burden off of your shoulders. Pls do look into it.
