I’ve blocked and hidden so many ads it’s a wonder I still get any ads at all!
There are times, about once a week for about one day when I don’t get any ads, I still haven’t figured out how to completely eliminate ads.

I'm almost never on there. I would delete my account if I could just figure out how.

If you go to edit account you should be able to find it. It’s usually all the way down the bottom or two or three or four clicks away from there.

Your info is still out there somewhere no matter what you do... but with less activity it gets buried in a sea of people, and that's about as private as things get anymore.

I hate FB too, with a passion. It used to be okay, I even started a horse group that was pretty busy for a while. But in recent years it's just been awful and I avoided it as much as I could, would have deleted if not for Mom insisting I go see her posts now and then. The last couple of months I've had to be on it more for the activism side of things. Mostly only the older generations use FB now, the ones about my age and younger are all making videos of their faces rambling on about whatever (I can't tolerate those things, and if they're going to make an instructional you tube, Get.To.The.Point.)
