DH is wondering if I have been exposed to it as
I don't tolerate red meat without a lot of gastric upset. I can eat poultry and fish to my hearts content, milk too which isn't unusual for AG.

Had a rough night again. Lots of pain, not a lot of sleep. Did manage to catch a nap. less pain. So maybe tonight....I hope.

I think I slept best in the recliner, MC, with the ice machine on. Yeah, naps. Probably should have just given up on the bed entirely for a while. The hardest part was getting OUT of bed, whoosh!
