This evening I put a chicken thigh with water on to cook to add some meat to the puppies food and being tired, I forgot until Butchy Boy barked incessantly. He was standing and looking at the stove. It wasnt burned but was sizzling. How did he know to bark? Did he know it was his food? This is the second time he's warned me when something's about to burn.
I have him a treat and told him what a good boy he is .. But he actually didn't want to leave until I added some chicken to his food

I prayed, have been praying for him every day.

We eat mostly plant-based anyway. Had hardly been eating much beef for over a year, it's so expensive! Maybe once a month. Haven't eaten pork since about 1970. So no big loss. The gluten is harder for her, some GF products ... er, take some getting used to!
