Granny, sorry you had such a rough awakening. I think your housekepper meant she would fix supper. Some of us eat lunch at noon and dinner around sunset. Others call the noon meal dinner and the evening meal supper. Whatever she calls it, let her cook for you!

Well, she is a no show. Said she threw up. I'm a little pizzed off. I have my sheets in the dryer, dishes washed and Tom fed along with his meds.

I had sausage links thawing so I put them in the fridge. Nancy wont be doing anything Thursday as she is taking me to hospital.

They looked so much nicer then the 2 I have now. You can see my little silver dollars in one of these Im guessing about a yr old making them 6 years now.They are the only ones I have now. Anyone remember Bruce? He sent me a bunch of those java ferns I think they are called. Not sure anymore. That's in the bow front tank. @h2oratt I think sent me some plants from her area too.

Couldn't do it. Flour is in freezer in basement and neither of us can safely go down and get it. Tomorrow maybe.

I hear you, Blue. Frustrating isn't it? I've been bringing cans of dog and cat food to my husband to be opened. Amazing how many things that you do on a daily basis that takes 2 hands. I am ambidextrous to a degree thanks to years spent as an OB scrub nurse but my fine motor control is definitely right handed.

Another lousy night with broken sleep. Pain mainly. Sitting on sofa at 1AM with my cold therapy machine starting out into space. I have my first post surgical check up tomorrow. They wouldn't let us change the dressing which goes against my nurse's sensibilities so I feel greeby Hopefully getting this dressing changed and the sutures out will help not to mention getting this night time pain under control cause the Tramadol ain't doing it.

We'll both get through our ordeals and be stronger. After all we are Missouri tough! Or Missouri stubborn one of the two.

Aquariums are gorgeous, Granny. I miss mine. But with 4 felines around I'd be constantly squirting them with squirt guns or fishing them out of the water. Smart they ain't but I love them anyway.

what happened to them? I had 11 tanks going here for a while. It replaced my chickens. I just couldn't take care of them anymore

I also miss CAFFEINE. But it’ll be 5 weeks the end of this week so I CANNOT go back and start all over LOL but I WISH I could LOL
