Morning all, I get clear liquids tomorrow so what sounds good for dinner today? Wonder who has the best sub around ??

Make sure not to drink the fluids to fast or they will come back up! Try walking around if you feel bloated. Coming from someone whose had to do the prep twice because I vomited it. Yikes. Last time I drank white grape juice. To much sugar, got a hypo and had to eat at the last minute

Here's her story in her own words: "While walking along the edge of a pond just outside my house in the Villages discussing a property settlement with my soon-to-be ex-husband, and other divorce issues, we were surprised by a huge 12-ft alligator which suddenly emerged from the murky water.
It began charging us with its large jaws wide open. She must have been protecting her nest because she was extremely aggressive.
"If I had not had my little Ruger 22 caliber pistol with me, I would not be here today! Just one shot to my estranged husband's knee cap was all it took.
The gator got him easily, and I was able to escape by just walking away at a brisk pace. The amount I saved in lawyer's fees was really incredible and his life insurance was also a big bonus!"

Thanks for the tips. They want me to drink a gallon in 2 hours. 64oz. is a gallon right? Anyway Im pretty sure that's just not possible. They said gatoraid. I got apple juice

I got DH a new twin bed for downstairs. His therapist said I should get a bed railing from Amazon so he can pull himself up when he gets home. It hurts to much to sit up like I do. What did we ever do before Amazon. Spoiled us with 1-2 day shipping. It was unheard of in out parents day!

I got on soft food and a lot of liquids (no lettuce or high fiber) several days before a colonoscopy. I never finish all the fluid. I would vomit.
I asked the nephrologist once, why does a250 lb person take the same amount of Tylenol as a 100 lb person? He said he's questioned that himself.
I think the fluid is the same way. Why does a 250 lb person have the same prep as a 100 lb person?
