How about another shocker, I don't like pizza. I eat it because I didn't have to cook but the only one I can stomach is the one w/ bbq. sauce instead of pizza

we got another 8/10 of rain today and it's started up again. 3 shop vac containers full of water in the basement.

cant you get that fixed? What's it need?

dig to the bottom of the foundation and put in drain tile all along it.
Keep in mind that would mean digging up along the door into the motel lobby and then head south along a much more rooms.

what if you only do part of it? Will it help? And what about the waterproofing stuff you paint the inside walls with?

I think its coming in were the floor and wall meet. Only happens when we get LOTS of rain after being very dry OR a major cloud burst.
