Granny's gone and done it again

[Granny Hatchet]

spent most of the day in the Kitchen. I opened the freezer attached to my fridge and got attacked by many frozen black bananas. So made 3 banana cakes/bread, 9 x13 pans. Tried a new recipe and am very impressed with the results.

NOPE . Still haven't been able to keep up with demand. I used med and pee wee eggs today. Haven't lost any hens lately. BUT and owl built a nest up in the shelter belt on the north side of the property.

never say the sun again today BUT the showers that were predicted didn't show up either. BUT it is Memorial Day weekend. There are 2 times in the year when we are pretty much guaranteed rain. Memorial Day weekend and the week the carnival is in town
