4:00 and DH fell getting out of his chair. Lots of pain now. I gave him pain medicine till I decide what to do in the morning. 5:00 now and sleep is gone

howdy all, I slept til 8. I took Toms am meds. away from him last night because I caught him trying to take them at 1 am. I guess its all on me now. Fell asleep out here after getting his breakfast and chores done then slept til noon. I have no energy at all. I am dreading dinner even if it is sandwiches or frozen dinners. Things I enjoy eating no one else wants like chicken and yellow rice. yummy. So I don't bother cooking it.

I feel for you. I did get rice krispies yesterday so he's been eating then so guess I will make sure fry for myself for dinner. Does Tom forget to eat even if you make food for him? That's the story here. He's never hungry when I'm cooking and I want to keep a schedule

The morphine and Tylenol took care of the pain. When the nurse came he checked him over well. He keeps falling on the hip that was transplanted. I guess the question is, why is he falling. He doesn't seem to get dizzy, Just unsteady. If the nurse hadn't come today, I would have taken him in to get checked out He 'rolls' onto the recliner and bed because it hurts. I'm going to ask pt to work at his sitting. She's working at his walking.
