Granny's gone and done it again

Tofu is made from soy and is pretty flavorless on its own but can be cut in squares. DH as some soy sauce on his. It's high protein and pretty much takes on the flavor of whatever it's made with.
I boiled the cauliflower separate. The ramen noodle, I bring water to a rapid boil in the microwave, put the noodles in and cover it. They will be ready when everything else is ready.
I saute the onion mix with grated potatoes in olive oil till soft. Then put it in a dish. I ad some thin sliced raw chicken to the pan, flip out once and add it to the potato mix. Then I do the scrambled eggs in the same pan and add it to the rest. I then put butter in the pan and leave it get brown. Meanwhile I heat the tofu slightly in the microwave. Then I put the tofu and drained ramen noodles in the brown butter, roll it around (pan is still on the heat). When heated through, I dump everything together. I don't really stir because till I dump it on the plate, it is mixed.
Then DH adds soy sauce to his tofu

The Drs and nurses tell him to eat high protein and drink lots of water. He can't get in his head that it doesn't have to be meat to have protein in it.

I sort of agree with your hubby although cheese is an acceptable protein
