Great! Do you have a good recipe for rice pudding??? No coconut, no pineapple?

somewhere, there's one you bake in the oven uses quite a few eggs and cream/milk. Tis very nummy.

there is also glorified rice also very good. uses cooked rice and whipped cream, some sugar and then fruit cocktail or some other canned fruit without the liquid.
 
Mom used to make rice "pudding' on the stove BUT no recipe., I think she partly cooked the rice in water and then used milk and a little sugar to finish cooking the rice. Had it warm with cinnamon if you wanted sprinkled on top and also extra milk/cream if you wanted it soupier.

been averaging about 5 hours a night of sleep all week. I am beat.

Mass tomorrow as Vicki was too sick to make it today.

I like/love them all. The partially bake one is more work BUt it does help heat the kitchen in the winter.
