Granny's gone and done it again

I Think they can become really serious. Maybe they assumed you knew?
I think the home nurse knew I didn't know. It's where the tape was. I wondered if tearing off the tape did it and he didn't want me to ask questions. I asked him today if he knew. He said yes It should be easier to treat now that there's no tape.

My suspicions are they stopped the wound vac machine sooner because of the ulcer.
They removed the dressing.
Nurse navigator says,'oh, there's an ulcer!'
DH says it doesn't hurt.
CRMP says,'oh don't say that'
Nurse navigator says she'd like to remove the machine. Crnp says, why wouldn't you. Nurse navigator stares a couple minutes like she's trying to think of what to say, then motions 'come'. They left the room.
They talked to the surgeon and removed the machine

How are your pressure sores, Granny? I got concerned myself about all the sitting I'm doing and got myself a doughnut cushion. I've been sitting since March 1.
that's a long time. I think mine is mostly healed. Getting back in my bed helped although it took a while. I still have skin peeling that pulls when I scoot back. That hurts!!!

Yes, my knee snapped back on Feb. 28 and I've been told to stay off it since then. So I've been pretty much either in my recliner or in the wheelchair since then. My PT told me I've been using the walker all wrong and taught me the right way, but I haven't used it much at all.

Yeah I bet that does hurt! Be careful! Don't scoot. Get lined up and then roll over, if you can. Bet you are glad to be back in your bed! I'll be happy when I can go down the stairs and get in mine.
