Sigh. Lost my little fighter fluffy toes. She was the one who had pasty butt…and was a little slower to develop. She may have gotten smooshed in the bird pile last night. my heat lamp went off at some point during the night. No other casualties thank gosh.

We’re buying a shed off a neighbor to use as a coop but it’s going to be another up to three weeks. Those ducklings are quickly outgrowing the brooder.

Wow! I thought I was gonna need to leave home. Her perfume was bad y'all, My lungs started closing and I said Im sorry, but I cant breath your perfume. Know what she said? I'm not wearing any. I had to go to my room. She asked Tom if he had a sore on his foot. I hollered out 2 of them and she asks left or right.. I so wanted to tell her the one in the middle at this point. I wonder if she got sprayed by a skunk on her way in? Robert said she needs to go back..Well, I cant tell you what he said but it involves France. IDK what to do. I think I should give her one more chance to see if she fixes the problem but if not I guess I can ask for someone else. Not sure what good that will do me.

Granny, you were right . The ulcer happened at the hospital. The nurse did think I knew about it. He said it is a skin tear rather then a pressure wound. I need to cleanse it with saline and put a&d ointment on it.

Could be her laundry detergent or additive. The nurses do get read the riot act about this - I know cause I got read that riot act too when I started here…

It might have been. It’s just sad, she seemed like she was getting stronger and better not sure what the black and white little is. I think that’s my packing peanut mystery chick.

Good morning everyone. I've already had a busy morning and am headed back to the kitchen to finish putting some broccli in the freezer. Granny, you need to report your dissatisfaction about the smell to her supervisor. they can't do anything if they don't know about it. She may not be wearing "perfume" it may be body wash, deoderant or laundry additives. Those Downey scent booster crystals will cause me to have an asthma attack. BBL
