No apparently it is boiled or steamed. It is popular in Philipines, Cambodia and Vietnam.

I believe it is the century eggs that are fermented but not 100% sure on that

I had a male mastiff who tipped the scales at 240#! He was HUGE! People would stop their cars to look when we would be out walking. Hahaha

I have a daughter that's on her third Mastiff. They are big! These 2 are gone. The males got cancer. The female she wasn't sure. She came home and she had passed away in one if her favorite laying spots in the house. Her dogs are spoiled. These 2 were sweethearts. The one she has today is pretty protective of her.
