Granny's gone and done it again

Morning.
He's a royal pain because of it and I'm sure he's not happy either. If this helps him I'm all for it!
I have an extremely anxious dog. He is on gabapentin and tramadol for pain(10.5 yrs old now with lots of arthritis) and I wish I had him on something like this his whole life. I wonder if it would have been easier on him. He’s not anxiety free by all means, still a neurotic mess. But I feel like the gabapentin helps enough that it could have given him some reprieve.
I made 2 frozen dinners tonight and didn't eat either one of them. The first one was too hot! spicy chicken and noodles the second was just gross. The dogs got that one. Should I go for 3rds? I'm trying to make a grocery list for Robert tomorrow. I am struggling worse than ever with it.
I have the Walmart app that I can shop with adding as I remember. Then, when I need my groceries I just hit “place order” and it’s done. Not ideal for fresh items, but helps me keep groceries stocked. Easy for people to pick up for you also.
Morning all, Nancy and Kevin will be here soon. I just had another spell with chest and jaw pain. It didn't last very long and not nearly as bad as last time. I guess I should go get dressed. I hope everyone's day is gonna be better than mine! lol :frow
Will you get this pain checked out? With all the stress you have currently it’s important to take care of yourself 💜

You need to go get..unstressed. Sadly, easier said than done.
This may sound silly but, taking the time to stop..Just stop..and take a few really deep breaths in through your nose, then blow them out slow through your mouth can help. Do this a few times throughout the day. Your body is very tense right now. Taking this time really helps relieve some tension. 💞

Have you tried these? I really like them when I'm in a hurry. 1 minute to cook. The meat in this one is pretty tender. There are several different kinds..the meatloaf one is ok too, really tender meat.
Not frozen.

That's what I meant about calming, soothing.
In this home I have to put the dogs in the laundry room when I leave. They bark the whole time I'm gone says Bronwyn. So, the barking is heard less in the laundry room. Cooper really stresses when I'm gone. Pretty sure that's why he is licking now. Not real often. At least he stops whem I say stop.
Have you ever tried a thunder shirt?

My Gracie did that. She would lick her front paw, or the couch! I would be saying quite often, stop that licking! Heard it's a sign of gut problems..doesn't make sense to me. They say..pro biotic. Bought them. Didn't work. I believe it's a self calming action. Now, I'm catching Cooper licking his front right paw. Not as often as Gracie did. He's also one to be afraid of a loud storm..and fireworks!!
My dogs love licking out my yogurt containers.

My DH takes these to work for lunch. There are about 18 - 20 different kinds. Should be on thee dry pasta aisle. Microwave about 1 minute.

I have not. Maybe I should, thanks. They're expensive.
